Support

Arivuno is built for YouTube on desktop Chromium browsers. Most issues can be narrowed down with three quick checks.

Before contacting support

  1. Confirm Arivuno is enabled. Open Arivuno from the browser toolbar and confirm that its manage page says Arivuno is enabled. If the toolbar item is unavailable, also check the browser's Extensions page.
  2. Reload the affected YouTube tab. This lets the current extension version start cleanly.
  3. Try the same action once more. Note exactly where a Shorts entry point remained or a navigation was not interrupted.

Report a problem

Send a useful, privacy-conscious report.

Include your browser and Arivuno versions, what you expected, what happened, and the shortest steps that reproduce it.

Replies are sent to the address used to contact Arivuno. Support is best effort; no response time is guaranteed. Messages and attachments are normally deleted within 12 months after the last meaningful exchange. See the privacy policy for exceptions and data rights.

Keep secrets out

Screenshots and small relevant DOM snippets are optional. Remove names, account details, recommendations, and unrelated personal information first.

Never send passwords, authentication codes, cookies, tokens, or a full browsing history.

Current scope

The first release targets YouTube on desktop Chromium browsers and focuses on removing Shorts entry points before they lead into the short-form feed.

Does Arivuno send my YouTube activity?

No. Shorts-related URL, link, page-structure, and activation data is processed locally and is not retained or automatically transmitted by Arivuno. See the privacy policy for the complete explanation.

Does “Watch once” reopen the Shorts feed?

No. It opens only the selected clip in YouTube's regular player. The Shorts feed remains blocked.

Who makes Arivuno?

Arivuno is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by YouTube or Google.
